Gombe State University Student Hajara Ibrahim Shines at International Qur’anic Recitation Competition

Hajara Ibrahim, a 300-level Botany student at Gombe State University and a proud member of Abubakar Siddiq Islamiyya, has made Nigeria proud by emerging as the overall winner at the 18th Hashemite Jordan International Qur’anic Recitation Competition for Females.

The competition, which featured participants from 39 countries, saw Hajara claim first place in the prestigious 60 Hizb with Tajwid category.
