The Management of the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic has released the approved method to follow when applying for admission into the Polytechnic for the 2024/2025 academic session.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
1. Candidates should visit the school website https://portal.akwaibompoly.edu.ng/StartApplication.aspx and then generate an invoice with the following details: Phone number and Name.
2. Candidates should go to any Commercial Bank with their invoice (RRR Number) to purchase an electronic application PIN and make a payment of N8,000.00 (eight thousand naira only) and obtain a PIN (inclusive of Bank and other charges)
3. Application should be completed by visiting https://portal.akwaibompoly.edu.ng/StartApplication.aspx with the obtained pin to complete the application with the following steps:
Highlight ‘’Admissions’’ and select ‘’Application Forms’’ then select your choice of program and insert the obtained PIN (Confirmation Order) in the appropriate form to complete the application.
4. Candidates should upload the following documents to the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic Portal:
i. Attach one (1) year industrial attachment letter
ii Official ND Transcript / Statement of result
iii Photocopy of the registration receipt
N/B: The screening date shall be announced for applicants to physically present themselves and original copies of their credentials for screening.
