Kano State Government Announces 2024/2025 Second Batch Postgraduate Scholarship Programme

The Kano State Government has announced the second batch of its 1,001 Postgraduate Scholarship Programme for the 2024/2025 academic session.

This programme is part of the state government's effort to sponsor its best graduates to pursue higher degrees.

The programme is open to indigenes of Kano State who hold a First-Class Honours Degree or equivalent from a reputable university/institution. Applicants must also meet other eligibility criteria, including age limits, medical fitness, and completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.

The state government has given priority to candidates wishing to pursue academic programmes identified as gaps in the state service and People with Disabilities (PWDs) who fulfill the criteria.

Interested candidates are required to fill out the application form on https://kanostate.gov.ng and submit a hard copy along with required credentials to the Secretariat of the Screening Committee within two weeks of the announcement.
