The Management of Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University, Kano, has expressed deep condolences to the family of Prof. Attahiru Muhammadu Jega over the death of his wife, Hajiya Hadiza Jega.

Hajiya Hadiza, a former Director at the National Population Commission, was described as a woman of virtue whose life of service extended beyond her immediate family, leaving a lasting impact on colleagues and associates.

In a condolence message issued by the Vice-Chancellor, Abdulrashid Garba, the university said the news of her passing was received with deep sadness, describing it as a painful loss not only to the Jega family but also to the wider academic and public service community.
