KHAIRUN Strengthens Student Affairs Through Strategic Mentorship with Prof. Maryam Mansur Yola

The Vice-Chancellor of Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University, Professor Abdulrashid Garba recently received Prof. Maryam Mansur Yola, a distinguished scholar from the Department of Nigerian Languages, Bayero University Kano, during a courtesy visit to the University.

Prof. Maryam Mansur Yola, who previously served as Chairperson of the Kano State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) and also holds the position of Deputy Dean, Female Student Affairs at Bayero University Kano, paid the visit as part of efforts to strengthen academic and administrative collaboration between institutions.

During the visit, she expressed her readiness to support and mentor the Student Affairs Directorate of KHAIRUN by sharing her wealth of experience in student development, welfare, and administration. She emphasized the importance of mentorship, guidance, and institutional cooperation in nurturing responsible and successful students.

The Vice-Chancellor warmly welcomed the visit and commended Prof. Maryam Yola for her commitment to supporting the University’s vision of providing quality education and holistic student development.
