Kogi State College of Nursing Sciences Releases Admission List For 2025/2026 Session

The Kogi State College of Nursing Sciences, Obangede, has released the admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session, featuring names of candidates offered provisional admission into the ND and HND Nursing programmes.

Applicants who participated in the admission process are advised to check their admission status via the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) portal.

How to Check Admission Status

At the moment, admission status can only be confirmed through the JAMB CAPS portal by following these steps:

1. Visit the JAMB e-Facility portal: https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/

2. Log in using your JAMB username and password.

3. Scroll down and select “Check Admission Status.”

4. Click on “Access my CAPS.”

5. Tap on “Admission Status” to see if you have been offered admission into the college.

Understanding Your Admission Status

When you check your status, one of the following messages may appear:

• Admission Offered: Congratulations! You have been admitted and can now accept or reject the offer on JAMB CAPS.

• Admission in Progress (AIP): Your school has recommended you, and the admission is awaiting JAMB’s final approval.

• Recommended: Your details have been forwarded to JAMB for validation.

• Not Admitted: You have not yet been considered; this may be because the list is still being uploaded or your application is under review.

• Pending: Your admission process is still being processed.

Next Steps for Admitted Candidates

If your status shows “Admission Offered,” you are to:

1. Accept or reject the admission by texting ACCEPT or REJECT to 55019 or 66019 using your registered phone number.

2. After acceptance, print your JAMB Admission Letter for documentation.
