LAUTECH VC Pledges Enhanced Welfare for NYSC Corps Members

The Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Vice-Chancellor, Professor Razaq Olatunde Rom Kalilu, has assured NYSC corps members posted to the institution of improved welfare during their primary assignment.

Speaking at a parade organized in his honor at the AM Salau Senate Building basement, where the corps members were led by Local Government Inspector Dr. Moses Adebayo, Professor Kalilu addressed concerns raised by the members.

He confirmed plans to renovate the corps members’ lodge and review the monthly stipend, aligning it with rates offered by neighboring universities.

The event was attended by key university officials, including the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Strategy and Development), Professor Tunde Ogunkunle, and the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic and Innovations), Professor Dauda Araromi.
