Lead City University has announced the Certificate in Early Childhood Education (CECE) 5.0, a six-week intensive professional training programme designed to strengthen the capacity of educators and stakeholders in early childhood development.

Lead City University has announced the Certificate in Early Childhood Education (CECE) 5.0, a six-week intensive professional training programme designed to strengthen the capacity of educators and stakeholders in early childhood development.

The programme is organised by the Faculty of Education and is targeted at both aspiring and experienced educators seeking to build practical skills in teaching and nurturing young learners.

The training is scheduled to run from August 3 to September 11, 2026, holding from Monday to Thursday each week, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. It will be delivered in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend either online or on-site.

The programme is open to a broad range of participants, including school owners and administrators, preschool and primary school teachers, teaching assistants, daycare providers, childcare workers, tutors, parents, and individuals interested in early childhood education.

The tuition structure has been set at ₦150,000 for on-site participation and ₦200,000 for online participation, with an additional registration fee of ₦10,000.
