Meet Lt Col Oyono Stephen Job, New Acting Registrar of Nigerian Army University Biu

Lieutenant Colonel Oyono Stephen Job, a senior officer of the Nigerian Army Education Corps, was appointed Acting Registrar of the Nigerian Army University Biu (NAUB) effective 21 November 2025. A distinguished military educator and strategic leader, Lt Col Oyono brings extensive experience in institutional administration to his new role.

 Full international scholarship recipient, International Institute of Humanitarian Law (Sanremo, Italy) – 142nd International Military Course on the Law of Armed Conflict (2011).

Leadership & Strategic Studies Course (Abuja); Logistics Staff Course (Lagos); training in systems‑approach to training and curriculum development.

Member of several professional bodies including the Nigerian Institute of Management, Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply Management of Nigeria, and Nigerian Army Resource Centre.

As Acting Registrar, Lt Col Oyono is expected to leverage his leadership, academic expertise and administrative acumen to advance the academic mission of the Nigerian Army University Biu.
