Modibbo Adama University Schedules Admission Letter Distribution for 2025/2026 Session

Modibbo Adama University, Yola, has released the official schedule for the distribution of institutional admission letters for the 2025/2026 academic session for both UTME and Direct Entry candidates.

The Registrar’s office confirmed that the exercise will be conducted at the Admission Office on specific dates assigned to each faculty.

The distribution will commence on Monday, 1st December 2025, with the Faculty of Agriculture, covering programmes including Agricultural Economics, Animal Science, Fisheries, Crop Protection, and Soil Science.

On Tuesday, 2nd December 2025, the Faculty of Environmental Sciences—which includes Architecture, Building, Geography, Industrial Design, Surveying & Geoinformatics, and Urban & Regional Planning—is scheduled.

The Faculty of Engineering will have two phases: Wednesday, 3rd December 2025, for Electrical/Electronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, and Thursday, 4th December 2025, for Agricultural & Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Chemical Engineering.

The Faculty of Law—Common Law and Common & Islamic Law—will receive admission letters on Friday, 5th December 2025.

Distribution continues on Monday, 8th December 2025, with the Faculty of Social and Management Sciences, including Accounting, Banking & Finance, and Business Administration, followed by Economics, Information Technology, and Library & Information Science on Tuesday, 9th December 2025.

Under the Faculty of Life Sciences, Biochemistry and Biotechnology are scheduled for Wednesday, 10th December 2025; Biological Sciences (Zoology) and Laboratory Technology on Thursday, 11th December 2025; and Microbiology and Plant Science on Friday, 12th December 2025.

The College of Medical Sciences—covering Medicine & Surgery and Nursing Science—will receive their letters on Monday, 15th December 2025.

The Faculty of Physical Sciences distribution will occur in two batches: Tuesday, 16th December 2025, for Computer Science, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Mathematics with Economics; and Wednesday, 17th December 2025, for Operations Research, Statistics, Physics, and Geology.

The exercise will conclude on Thursday, 18th December 2025, with the Faculty of Education, covering Technology Education programmes, Vocational Education, Science Education, and Construction Technology Education.

Students are advised to strictly adhere to the schedule and appear on their faculty-assigned dates to ensure smooth processing.
