NELFUND Beneficiaries Seek Feedback on Tuition Refund Delays

The NELFUND Beneficiaries Nigeria group has launched an Institutional Complaints Form to gather data on tuition fee refund delays from students who have experienced issues with their institutions after receiving NELFUND student loans.

Students who paid fees before loan disbursement and have not received refunds or acknowledgment from their institutions are encouraged to fill out the form. The collected data aims to provide evidence for escalation to relevant authorities, including NELFUND and anti-corruption agencies, to ensure fair treatment of beneficiaries.
