NIMELSSA Celebrates 100 Days Under Anyamele Emmanuel Uzoma Administration
The Anyamele Emmanuel Uzoma-led administration of Nigerian Medical Laboratory Students Association (NIMELSSA) at Abia State University has marked its 100th day in office, achieving several milestones including hosting the Southeast Regional Convention, upgrading facilities, and organizing various events and initiatives

The Office of the Nigerian Medical Laboratory Students Association (NIMELSSA) Public Relations Officer at Abia State University has announced the milestone of the Anyamele Emmanuel Uzoma-led administration completing its 100th day in office as of 15th September 2024.
During this period, the administration has achieved several significant milestones across various departments:
- Annual Events: Hosted the NIMELSSA Southeast Regional Convention.
- Facility Upgrades: Completed the flooring of the Department’s Central Space and replaced the Secretariat and Course Adviser’s Office doors.
- New Installations: Procured a new Faculty Signpost.
- Vice President 2 Initiatives: Organized a jog, collaborated on NIMELSSA Movie Night, Crypto Hangout, Global Opportunities in Medical Laboratory Practices, Departmental Fumigation, Freshers’ Orientation, Free Eye Check-Up, Free Blood Grouping Test, Marker Donation, and a Departmental Clean-Up Exercise.
- Secretary General Activities: Conducted a Spelling Bee Contest, donated notice boards to Aba and Uturu campuses, and organized Examination Orientation.
- Financial Secretary Event: Hosted a lunch with the Financial Secretary.
- Librarian’s Role: Managed the First Semester Pre-Examination activities.
- Director of Socials: Coordinated the NIMELSSA Movie Night.
These accomplishments highlight the administration's commitment to enhancing both academic and social experiences for members. The NIMELSSA administration looks forward to further achievements in the coming months and encourages continued support and engagement from all members.
