Northwest University Kano Membership in Oxonia University Network Extended

Northwest University Kano's membership in the prestigious Oxonia University Network has been extended until July 2026.

The Oxonia University Network, a subsidiary of the Oxford City Academy for Education and Development, made the announcement during a special session in the United Kingdom.

The extension is a significant recognition of Northwest University Kano's commitment to academic excellence, institutional development, and international cooperation. The university's Vice Chancellor, Professor Mukhtar Atiku Kurawa, and Pro-Chancellor, Professor Hafiz Abubakar, received the Certificate of Extension from Oxonia Network officials.

The Oxonia University Network brings together leading universities to share ideas, research, and resources to address global challenges. With this extension, Northwest University Kano is expected to participate in joint academic programs, research collaborations, and faculty development initiatives, further solidifying its position as a reputable institution in Africa.
