The Service Compact Unit (SERVICOM) of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) celebrated Global Customer Service Week with a special session emphasizing ethical reception and professional conduct.

The event took place at the university headquarters in Abuja on Tuesday, October 7, 2025.

During the gathering, SERVICOM Nodal Officer, Mrs. Foluke Adeniran, noted that the event coincided with the third quarter of the SERVICOM Committee Representatives Executive meeting. She welcomed participants, expressing delight and humility at the turnout.

She praised the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Olufemi Peters, for his unwavering support toward SERVICOM’s initiatives.
