The event took place at the university headquarters in Abuja on Tuesday, October 7, 2025.

During the gathering, SERVICOM Nodal Officer, Mrs. Foluke Adeniran, noted that the event coincided with the third quarter of the SERVICOM Committee Representatives Executive meeting. She welcomed participants, expressing delight and humility at the turnout.
Mrs. Adeniran highlighted that ethical reception involves a professional and moral approach to interacting with the public, including accountability, respect, empathy, and maintaining a positive demeanor in appearance and conduct. She praised the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Olufemi Peters, for his unwavering support toward SERVICOM’s initiatives.
