NSUK Hosts NUC Accreditation Teams for Four Education Programs
Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), welcomed accreditation teams from the National Universities Commission (NUC) on Monday, 24 November, to evaluate four academic programs in the Faculty of Education: Social Studies Education, Islamic Religious Studies Education, History Education, and Christian Religious Studies Education.
Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), welcomed accreditation teams from the National Universities Commission (NUC) on Monday, 24 November, to evaluate four academic programs in the Faculty of Education: Social Studies Education, Islamic Religious Studies Education, History Education, and Christian Religious Studies Education.

The visit took place at the University Council Chambers and was received by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Sa’adatu Hassan Liman, alongside members of the university management.
In her address, Prof. Liman expressed gratitude to the accreditation teams, highlighting that such exercises are essential for strengthening academic standards, enhancing teaching and learning quality, and improving overall institutional performance. She reiterated the University’s full support to ensure the success of the accreditation process.

Delegation heads commended NSUK for the warm reception and smooth coordination. They emphasized that the accreditation visit aims not only to verify compliance with NUC standards but also to guide the programs toward alignment with global best practices, reinforcing the university’s commitment to academic excellence.
