NSUK Set for Grand Entry into 'Who Is Who in Nigeria' 2025 Compendium

Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), and its Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sa'adatu Hassan Liman, are set to be featured in the prestigious 2025 edition of the 'Who Is Who in Nigeria' compendium.

The announcement was made on Friday, August 28, 2025, during a familiarization visit by the organization's President and CEO, Mr. Nicholas Kwanta and his team.

Mr. Kwanta, who is a proud alumnus of NSUK and the sole owner of the franchise, noted the university's significant developmental strides under the leadership of Professor Liman. He stated that NSUK met all the established criteria and is the only tertiary institution in North Central Nigeria to be featured in the 2025 edition. Mr. Kwanta assured the university management that he would use his platform to further propel the image and developments of the institution to greater heights.

The delegation also formally invited the Vice-Chancellor and her management team to the official unveiling of the 2025 edition. The event is scheduled to take place on November 12, 2025, at the NICON Luxury Hotel in Abuja. Mr. Kwanta also acknowledged that the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, has agreed to serve as the grand patron of the organization, with other notable members including Distinguished Senators Ahmed Abdul Ningi and Ned Nwoko, as well as Dr. Maxwell Loko.

In her response, Professor Liman welcomed the delegation and commended Mr. Kwanta's courage and perseverance in securing the franchise. She charged the team to maintain the high standards the organization is known for and to ensure it remains credible by not allowing politicians to hijack the project. On behalf of the university, she formally accepted the invitation to attend the unveiling ceremony in November.
