UCH Management Felicitates Outgoing Head of Medical Health Records Department

The Management of the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, led by the Chief Medical Director, Prof. Jesse Abiodun Otegbayo, joined members of the Medical Health Records Department to celebrate Mrs. Olajumoke Ezekiel on her retirement from active service and 60th birthday on Friday, October 9, 2026, at the School of Health Information.

The Chief Medical Director, represented by the Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee and Director of Clinical Services, Prof. Olubukola Adesina, in his goodwill message, expressed appreciation to Mrs. Ezekiel for her dedication and hard work throughout her years of service. He commended her professionalism, diligence and commitment to duty, acknowledging her invaluable contributions to the department and the hospital.

The CMD also appreciated Mrs. Ezekiel's immediate family and members of the Medical Health Records Department for providing her with support and an enabling environment to discharge her duties diligently throughout her years of service.

He wished her continued good health, peace, happiness and fulfilment as she embarks on a new phase of life.
