Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) is celebrating the academic excellence of Boluwatito Sodunke, who recently graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, earning First-Class Honours. 

Sodunke’s academic record distinguishes him as one of the elite scholars of the 2025 Convocation Ceremony, where he finished with a stellar CGPA of 4.71/5.00.

Beyond his high grade point average, Sodunke’s work reflects a commitment to global sustainability and energy transition. 

Top-Tier Ranking: He emerged as the 3rd Best Graduating Student in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and the 8th Best Graduating Student across the entire Faculty of Engineering.

International Recognition: His potential was recognized early as an Awardee of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) Grant.
