The collaboration between Camp Officials of 2023 Batch B Stream 2 Orientation Course for Corps Members deployed to Rivers State have been described as "top notch" and worthy to be sustained.

Myschoolnews reports the Coordinator NYSC Rivers State, Mr. George Mfongang gave the description above when he chaired the second Steering Committee meeting of the camping exercise.

 

Speaking further, Mr. Mfongang analysed the performances of the various committees in the second week under review and described it as assuring and commendable.

He encouraged the members to step up their work in the final week by being more efficient and on top of their job to avoid lack of focus and being caught unawares.

 

The NYSC Rivers State Team Lead concluded by assuring the members that his office is open and accessible to them always to bring up issues of urgent attention.

 

He however insisted that such issues must be to the knowledge of the Camp Director who is in charge of the day-to-day administration of the camp.

He further maintained that informing the Camp Director of issues bordering on camp administration is in line with established channel of communication and protocol of camp administrative structure.

 

In his remarks, the Camp Director, Mr. Barnax Uloneme appreciated the members for their high level of performance in the week under review and encouraged members "to continue to do their work well."

 

The meeting in it's traditional way, featured briefs by members on their areas of strength and weakeness in the second week and the way forward.
