RSU Vice-Chancellor Visits Emohua Campus, Urges Timely Submission of Results Ahead of Convocation
The Vice-Chancellor of Rivers State University (RSU), Prof. Isaac Zeb-Obipi, has paid a working visit to the University’s Emohua Campus as part of ongoing engagements with staff and students across the institution’s satellite campuses.

During the visit, the Vice-Chancellor stressed the importance of timely submission of results, especially for final-year students, to ensure their participation in the forthcoming Convocation Ceremony slated for December 2025. He called on academic staff to intensify efforts and adhere to deadlines critical to the University’s academic calendar.
Welcoming the Vice-Chancellor and his delegation, the Head of Campus, Prof. Donald Hamilton, expressed gratitude for the visit and reaffirmed the commitment of staff and students at the Emohua Campus to the continued growth and excellence of RSU.

The Vice-Chancellor was accompanied by key members of Management, including Prof. Valentine Omubo-Pepple (Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academic), Mrs. I. B. S. Harry (Registrar), Dr. Juliet C. Alex-Nmecha (University Librarian), and Dr. Gift O. Eke (Bursar).
Also present were senior officers such as Prof. Bright Opara (Dean, Student Affairs), Prof. G. B. Okon (Director, Research & Development), Arch. Henry Onu (Acting Director of Works), and Dr. John Akah (Director, Administration/SAVC).
