Sa'adu Zungur University Announces Online Screening for 2025/2026 Admission

Sa'adu Zungur University (formerly Bauchi State University) has announced the commencement of online screening for prospective candidates who chose the institution as their first choice for the 2025/2026 academic session. The screening exercise is scheduled to begin on Thursday, July 3, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the screening and admission, candidates must meet the following requirements:

- Obtain a minimum admissible score of 140 points in the 2025 UTME

- Possess a minimum of five (5) relevant O' level credits, including English and Mathematics, at not more than two (2) sittings

- Sat for the relevant UTME subject combination in the 2025 UTME

- Direct Entry (DE) candidates must have a minimum of 7 points in IJMB or NCE and at least lower credit in ND, in addition to the minimum of five (5) O' Level relevant credits

Screening Procedure

Prospective candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are required to visit the University's website  for the screening procedure. Candidates awaiting their O' level results should indicate "AWAITING RESULT (AR)" in the grades column on the form and submit their results for sighting during the physical screening once they are released.

Mode of Payment

Eligible candidates are required to create accounts and pay a non-refundable screening fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only through the online screening portal
