Sa'adu Zungur University Wins Gold at International Cape Town Convention Moot Court Competition

Sa'adu Zungur University (SAZU) has won the Gold Medal at the International Cape Town Convention Moot Court Competition, held in Abuja.

The competition, organized by the Federal Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Aviation Working Group, and Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority, featured 18 universities from across Nigeria.

The SAZU team, comprising Dr. Shamsuddeen Magaji, Ja'afar Aminu, and Mahmoud Yusuf Sambo, excelled in interpreting and arguing international aviation law, winning a ₦1 million prize and Certificate of Participation.

Vice-Chancellor Professor Fatimah Tahir praised the team's achievement, highlighting SAZU's commitment to excellence and academic training. The win showcases SAZU's rising national prominence and academic excellence.
