Taraba State University Welcomes Newly Admitted Students for 2023/2024 Academic Session

Taraba State University (TSU) Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sunday Paul Bako, alongside other university officials, warmly welcomed newly admitted students for the 2023/2024 academic session during a ceremony held on campus.

The event was attended by Deputy Vice-Chancellors Dr. Ahmad Baba (Academic), Prof. Jonathan Reuben (Administration), and Prof. Mahmud Hamidu Umar (Development), as well as Registrar Dr. Joseph U. Bibinu, Admission Desk Officer Mr. Bubayero Idris Mafindi, and Dean of Student Affairs Prof. Atando Dauda.

In his address, Prof. Bako emphasized the importance of familiarizing themselves with the university's online activities, including fee payment and result checking. He advised students to take responsibility for their fee payments and adhere to the rules and regulations outlined in the student code of conduct.

The Vice-Chancellor also reminded students that university life differs significantly from secondary school life, noting that only about 6,300 out of approximately 15,000 applicants were admitted.
