Thomas Adewumi University Launches Postgraduate Programmes With Landmark Kickoff

Thomas Adewumi University (TAU) has officially launched its Postgraduate Programmes with a landmark event held on Monday, September 1, 2025, at the Postgraduate School Building.

The occasion marked a new chapter in the institution’s academic growth as it welcomed its pioneer set of postgraduate students.

In her remarks, the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Francisca Oladipo, alongside the University Management, formally received the first cohort of 15 postgraduate students. She described the development as a significant milestone in the University’s pursuit of academic excellence and global relevance.

The event featured a reaffirmation of TAU’s “one year is truly one year” academic calendar commitment, the unveiling of new collaborations with international professional bodies such as ACCA, and announcements of upcoming joint postgraduate programmes.

Professor Oladipo expressed optimism that the postgraduate school would serve as a hub for innovation, research, and advanced learning, while preparing graduates to meet societal and global challenges.
