Chiedozie Ndubuisi, a brilliant Nigerian lawyer, has successfully earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Harvard University, specializing in corporate finance and policy.
His academic achievement is further highlighted by his outstanding performance on the New York Bar Exam, which he passed with a high score, qualifying him to practice law in jurisdictions that accept the Uniform Bar Examination (UBE).
Chiedozie’s legal journey began at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree.
He proceeded to the Nigerian Law School and was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
Driven by his passion for legal excellence, Chiedozie pursued postgraduate studies in the United States.
At Harvard Law School, he excelled in his studies and completed a thesis focused on the securitization of SME loans and equity instruments.
His thesis received an Honors (H) grade, reflecting both its academic depth and practical relevance.
