UCH CMD Visits FCC Acting Chairman to Strengthen Collaboration and Promote Equity in Healthcare

The visit focused on fostering collaboration and promoting fairness in healthcare delivery and public service.

Key objectives of the visit included strengthening institutional collaboration between UCH and FCC, exploring opportunities for fair representation in medical recruitment, postings, and career progression, discussing support for national health programs, and enhancing equitable access to healthcare across the federation. The visit also provided a platform for exchanging ideas on promoting fairness, equity, and efficiency in public service.

Hon. Kayode Oladele warmly welcomed Prof. Otegbayo and his delegation, commending his visionary leadership at UCH. He emphasized the importance of synergy between health institutions and regulatory agencies and assured the hospital of FCC’s continued support, highlighting the Commission’s commitment to fairness, equity, and inclusiveness in public institutions.
