UDUS Management Directs Students to Print e-Examination Cards for First Semester 2025/2026 Academic Session

The Management of Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto, (UDUS) through the office of the Examination Monitoring Committee (EMC) has directed students to print their examination card and submit a copy for stamping to the authority concerned. 

 

The announcement was contained in a memorandum released on 2nd March, 2026, which was issued and signed by Prof. M. G. Liman, Chairman of Examinations Monitoring Committee.

 

“As provided by the University Rules and Regulations on Examinations, students are required to present their identity and Examination Cards as a precondition for entry into the examination halls.

“Accordingly, students are hereby instructed to to print their examination cards from the University Registration Portal using their account login information,” the memo read in part.

 

Additionally, students are instructed to comply with the guidelines and schedules including Printing e-Examination Cards starting from Wednesday 4th to Saturday 14th of March, 2026, submission of cards to Examination Monitors (Members of Examinations Monitoring Committee, through the Class Representatives in your department/Faculty) from Monday 9th to Monday 16th of March, while collection of the exam card is slated from Wednesday 11th to Saturday 21st of March, 2026.

The memo further noted that students that have challenges with registration are advised to contact the Director, Registration and Examinations and/or Director, ICT as soon as possible.

 

Students are also directed to obtain their e-Exam card before the commencement of the exam as University management has declared that 'No Manual Exam card' will be issued anybody that fails to print before the deadline.
