UNAA-UK Foundation Announces 57 Beneficiaries of 2026 Scholarship and Bursary Awards
The Board of Trustees of the University of Nigeria Alumni Association UK (UNAA-UK) Foundation has announced the successful completion of its 2026 Scholarship and Bursary Awards Programme, with 57 outstanding students selected as beneficiaries.
The Board of Trustees of the University of Nigeria Alumni Association UK (UNAA-UK) Foundation has announced the successful completion of its 2026 Scholarship and Bursary Awards Programme, with 57 outstanding students selected as beneficiaries.
The Foundation said the selection process was conducted by its Scholarship and Bursary Committee through a rigorous, transparent and merit-based assessment of all eligible applications.
According to the Foundation, each application was evaluated to ensure that beneficiaries were selected fairly and objectively, in accordance with its core principles of equity, excellence, integrity and commitment to advancing educational opportunities.
Following the completion of the selection process, 57 students were selected as beneficiaries of the 2026 Scholarship and Bursary Awards.

Each successful awardee will receive a grant of ₦400,000 towards their educational pursuits, bringing the total amount to be disbursed under the 2026 programme to ₦22.8 million.
The Board of Trustees congratulated all 57 successful awardees and encouraged them to embrace the opportunity with renewed commitment to academic excellence, personal development, leadership and service to society.
The Board also expressed appreciation to members of the Scholarship and Bursary Committee for their diligence, professionalism, impartiality and dedication throughout the selection process.
Disbursement of awards
The Foundation said the scholarship and bursary grants will be disbursed immediately after the official Award Ceremony.
Details of the date, venue, time and other arrangements for the Award Ceremony will be communicated directly to all successful beneficiaries in due course.
The Board of Trustees also expressed appreciation to the Foundation’s donors, partners, supporters and well-wishers, whose generosity and commitment have continued to make the scholarship and bursary programme possible.
It said their support remains central to the Foundation’s mission of promoting educational opportunities, empowering young people and investing in the future of communities.
The University of Nigeria Alumni Association UK (UNAA-UK) Foundation reaffirmed its commitment to supporting deserving students and contributing to the development of the next generation through education, opportunity and empowerment.
The Board once again congratulated all 57 awardees and wished them success in their academic pursuits and future endeavours.
