Dr. Eniola Ladipo, 2025 Best Thesis Award winner in Humanities and Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Linguistics, African and Asian Studies, Faculty of Arts at the University of Lagos (UNILAG), has been awarded the prestigious Alexander von Humboldt Foundation Research Fellowship for PostDocs.
The fellowship will span 24 months, beginning 1st July 2026, and includes a mandatory four-month German language course at a language institute in Germany starting 2nd March 2026.
Vice-Chancellor Professor Folasade Ogunsola, OON, FAS, on behalf of UNILAG’s Senate, staff, and students, congratulated Dr. Ladipo on this significant achievement and extended best wishes for her success during the postdoctoral fellowship.
