  • Follow the instructions provided in each text field on the application form.
  • Type directly into text fields. If copying text from other sources, avoid copying special characters such as bullet points from Microsoft Word.
  • Use the “Add More” button to enter additional post-secondary education or professional qualifications. Do not enter all degrees in a single text field.
  • Do not merge all certificates into one file. Instead, hold the Ctrl key and select multiple files for upload to avoid exceeding upload limits.
  • Avoid using apostrophes, full stops, or semicolons in filenames (e.g., John’sApplication.pdf or BSc.Certificate.pdf). Filenames should be simple, such as Application.pdf or BScCertificate.pdf, to prevent server errors. Avoid apostrophes throughout the form.
  • In case of errors, refresh the page before refilling the form, or restart the process using the email received during sign-up.
