The Governing Council of the University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) has expressed profound gratitude to Governor Babagana Umara Zulum for his significant investments in the education sector in Borno State.

During a courtesy visit to the Governor on Monday, the Council's Chairman and Pro-Chancellor, Dr. Yunusa Adamu Dan Gwani, praised Zulum's efforts, stating, "We are proud of what you have been doing for the university and the education sector in general."

I will support all initiatives from the Governing Council that promote the growth and development of the University."
