UNIMAID Urges Students, Staff to Promote New National Anthem

The University of Maiduguri has announced the adoption of the new official national anthem, as directed by the National Universities Commission (NUC) in a circular .

In a memo to all Provosts, Deans, Directors, Heads of Departments, and Units, the Directorate of Media & Information requests prompt attention to promoting the new national anthem in their respective workplaces.

A copy of the new official version has been attached for reference and action. The university aims to ensure a seamless transition to the new national anthem and appreciates the cooperation of all staff and students.

The memo was signed by Abubakar S. Biye, Ag. Director, Directorate of Media & Information, and copied to the Ag. VC, Registrar, Bursar, Librarian, and all notice boards.
