Philo, signs off from her role as the Registrar, the UNIZIK community celebrates her legacy of transformation and excellence.
Appointed by the 7th Governing Council under the leadership of the late Alhaji Azeez Oladotun Bello, Barr. Philo assumed office with a vision encapsulated in her 3Rs policy—Restoration, Revamping, and Revitalization. Despite facing challenges ranging from the implementation of Treasury Single Account (TSA) and Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS) to navigating through the tumultuous waters of prolonged university strikes and the COVID-19 pandemic, Barr. Philo exhibited unwavering dedication and leadership.

Throughout her tenure, Barr. Philo exemplified traits of compassion, transparency, and a high sense of probity, fostering an environment of peace and progress within the university community. Her collaboration with the Association of Nigerian University Professional Administrators (ANUPA) and the implementation of the new Staff Conditions of Service (SCS) underscore her commitment to staff welfare and professional development.
Under her stewardship, UNIZIK witnessed significant institutional reforms, including the digitalization of registry functions and the establishment of the College Statute for Nnewi Campus, elevating the university's global visibility and positioning it as a leader in higher education.
