YSU Opens Online Graduation Clearance for 2024/2025 Graduates

The Management of Yobe State University (YSU), Damaturu, has announced the commencement of the Online Graduation Clearance Exercise for students who completed their studies in the 2024/2025 academic session.

The notice, issued on 9th January 2026 by the Director of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Dr. Idi Mohammed, directs all affected graduates to complete their clearance online via the YSU Alumni Portal at:

https://ysu.edu.ng/smis/alumni/undergraduate

Graduates are required to fill out the online graduation clearance form and upload a soft copy of their final year project upon completion.

YSU Management emphasized strict compliance to ensure there are no delays in the processing of graduation clearance.

The notice was signed by Dr. Idi Mohammed, with a copy forwarded to the Dean, Student Affairs. Graduates seeking further information are advised to visit the University website at www.ysu.edu.ng.
