Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, has announced the reopening of its Works and Services Division and its Liaison Office in Benin City to strengthen operational efficiency.

The decision, taken during an emergency meeting of the Principal Officers on Thursday, 5th February 2026, restores the Works and Services Division as a standalone unit. Previously merged with the Physical Planning Division under the now-defunct Special Intervention Team (SIT), all former staff members are directed to return to their posts immediately.

In addition, the university’s Benin City Liaison Office, which had been temporarily closed, is now fully operational and continues to provide services to both the university community and the public, facilitating smoother engagement and outreach.

The move underscores AAU’s commitment to streamlined administration and enhanced service delivery across its operations.
