Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA), Ondo State, has announced the commencement of its Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise for the 2026/2027 academic session. Registration opens on Tuesday, 26th May, 2026.

The exercise is open to UTME candidates who scored 160 and above and are willing to change and make Adekunle Ajasin University their first choice institution. Candidates who did not initially select AAUA must ensure they effect the change of institution on JAMB CAPS before the close of registration.

Eligibility

Registration Guidelines

  • Create an account with valid JAMB registration number and email address
  • Confirm email address via link sent to inbox (check spam folder if necessary)
  • Log in and make payment of ₦5,000 via E-tranzact
  • Fill bio-data with valid details after successful payment
  • Print bio-data slip after completion

General Instructions

  • Candidates must correctly upload all O’Level results on the portal. A maximum of two sittings is allowed.
  • AAUA accepts WAEC, NECO and NABTEB results.
  • Direct Entry candidates must possess: First Degree (Second Class Lower Division), ND (Upper Credit), HND (Lower Credit), JUPEB (6 points) or NCE (8 points).
  • Candidates must upload O’Level results on both the university portal and JAMB CAPS immediately they are released.
  • Candidates must check admission requirements and UTME subject combinations for their chosen courses.
  • Candidates who did not meet UTME subject requirements are advised to change their course on JAMB CAPS.
  • English Language and Mathematics credit passes are compulsory for all courses.
  • All forms must be carefully completed; errors may be treated as misrepresentation and lead to disqualification.
  • Candidates must print evidence of transaction and keep for reference.
  • Participation in the online screening exercise is compulsory for admission consideration.

  • Registration commences on Tuesday, 26th May, 2026.
  • Candidates are advised to check minimum UTME scores for programmes before applying.
  • Applicants must provide valid and active email addresses and phone numbers (without DND).
  • The university does not have any agents.
