Ahmadu Bello University Honors Outgone Staff with Send Forth Ceremony

Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Kabiru Bala, has commended the School of Postgraduate Studies (SPGS) for organizing a send forth ceremony in honor of outgone Board Members.

The ceremony, held on August 13, 2024, at the SPGS Auditorium, recognized the meritorious services of the outgoing members. Prof. Bala noted that celebrating individuals for their contributions is essential and thanked the awardees for their excellence and dedication to the School and University.

The Dean of SPGS, Prof. Muhammad Nasir Shuaibu, explained that the ceremony is an annual event to honor outgoing members and urged them to utilize their knowledge to serve humanity.

The event featured goodwill messages and presentation of plaques to the outgone members, with attendees including the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academic, Deans of Faculties, Heads of Departments, and Management Staff.
