Ajayi Olawale Samuel Wins 2025 Young Managers Competition

Ajayi Olawale Samuel, a Project Engineer, has emerged as the winner of the 2025 Young Managers Competition organized by the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered).

The event was held at the University of Lagos, with representatives from academia, government, military, students, and professional bodies in attendance.

Samuel won the top prize of N2,000,000 for his presentation on "ESG Leadership: Role of Young Managers in Building a Sustainable Nigeria". The competition saw five finalists showcasing their skills and knowledge on the topic, with Mr. Witness Godwin-Usoro and Mr. Daniel Oseni Ibukunoluwa coming in as first and second runners-up, respectively.

The event also featured a panel session on "Scaling Local Enterprises for Global Impact: Building the Next Generation of Nigerian Business Leaders", moderated by last year's competition winner, Ihuoma Kanife.
