AKSU Releases Notice on Inclusion for 9th–12th Combined Convocation Ceremonies

Akwa Ibom State University has announced the inclusion of prospective graduands for its 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th combined convocation ceremonies covering the 2021/2022 to 2024/2025 academic sessions.

According to the announcement, only students whose results have been approved by the university Senate for graduation across the stated academic sessions are eligible for inclusion in the convocation proceedings.

Affected graduands are required to complete all clearance processes on or before Friday, 10 April 2026. The university stressed that only those who meet the clearance deadline will have their names included in the official convocation list.

Students who fail to complete their clearance within the stipulated timeframe will be excluded from the current convocation proceedings, although their names will be carried forward to the next ceremony.

The university advised all graduands to comply strictly with the directive, describing it as critical to their graduation process and participation in the upcoming ceremonies.
