Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic Appoints Dr. Ubon Obonguko as Dean of School of Applied Sciences

The Management of Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, has approved the appointment of Dr. Ubon Obonguko as the new Dean of the School of Applied Sciences, in a move aimed at strengthening academic leadership and innovation within the institution.

Until his elevation, Dr. Obonguko served as Head of the Department of Software and Web Development, where he earned recognition for his administrative efficiency, academic discipline, and commitment to advancing technological education.

According to the Polytechnic management, the appointment reflects his consistent contributions to institutional growth, as well as his proven capacity in academic leadership and departmental development.
