Alvan Ikoku Federal University of Education Schedules 2nd Matriculation Ceremony

The Alvan Ikoku Federal University of Education has officially announced its Second Matriculation Ceremony, inviting members of the University community and the general public to witness the induction of newly admitted students.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Stella Ngozi Lemchi, stated that the ceremony will hold on Thursday, 19th February 2026, at the University Pavilion, starting promptly at 10:00 a.m.

The matriculation procession is set to begin at 10:00 a.m. from the Multi-Purpose Court, with all matriculating students required to participate fully and be seated at the venue by 11:00 a.m.

The announcement was officially signed by the University Registrar, Dr. (Mrs.) Maria Njoku, highlighting the institution’s commitment to upholding its academic traditions and welcoming new students into the university community.
