Barrister Hayatuddeen Aliyu Appointed Acting Director of Legal Services at Federal University of Education, Zaria

The Vice-Chancellor, Federal University of Education, Zaria, Professor Yahaya Isa Bunkure, has approved the appointment of Barrister Hayatuddeen Aliyu as the Acting Director, Directorate of Legal Services of the University.

The appointment is in recognition of his commitment, dedication to duty, and leadership qualities, as well as his vast experience and contributions to the development of the University, as observed by the University Management.

The appointment takes effect from 31st March, 2026, and is for a period of two (2) years, unless otherwise determined by the Vice-Chancellor.

As Acting Director, Barrister Aliyu will be responsible for providing legal advice to the Vice-Chancellor and the University at large, as well as overseeing the affairs of the Directorate of Legal Services in line with established administrative procedures and University guidelines.

While congratulating the appointee, the Vice-Chancellor assured him of the full support of the University Management and urged him to discharge his duties diligently, in accordance with approved rules, regulations, and guiding principles of the University.
