Bayero University, Kano Announces Inaugural Lecture, Bicycle Loan Distribution, and ANUPA Congress Meeting
Applications will be accepted from suitably qualified junior staff starting December 10, 2024, with forms available at the Junior Staff Office on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bayero University, Kano (BUK) has announced several key events, including an inaugural lecture, a bicycle loan distribution for junior staff, and an emergency congress meeting for the Association of Nigeria University Professional Administrators (ANUPA), BUK Branch.
The Vice-Chancellor of BUK, Professor Sagir Adamu Abbas, will chair the professorial inaugural lecture of Ahmad Muhammad Tsauni, a Professor of Economics at BUK, on December 19, 2024, at 2:00 pm at the Convocation Arena. The lecture, titled Economic Progress on a Tightrope, will address economic challenges in the contemporary world.
In addition, the Bicycle Loan Committee (BLC) has announced the process for the second batch of bicycle distributions to junior staff at BUK. Applications will be accepted from suitably qualified junior staff starting December 10, 2024, with forms available at the Junior Staff Office on a first-come, first-served basis.
The ANUPA BUK Branch has also scheduled an emergency congress meeting to discuss key topics, including membership revalidation, the ANUPA Charter Bill before the National Assembly, and career progression for members. The virtual meeting will take place via Zoom on December 11, 2024, at 10:00 am.
