Bayero University Kano Issues Reminder on Annual Leave Policy

 Bayero University Kano (BUK) has released a general circular to remind all staff members of the university's annual leave policy.

According to the circular, all staff members are required to take their annual leave between October 1 and September 30 every year. However, deferment of annual leave may be allowed on concrete grounds, subject to approval by the Head of Department.

The circular also states that annual leave will be forfeited if not taken within the specified period or if leave is recommended and approved for deferral.

All Departments, Faculties, Centres, and Schools are directed to prepare annual leave rosters and submit them to the Registrar's office for further action.

This notice serves as a reminder to all staff members to plan their annual leave accordingly.
