A former Vice-Chancellor of Borno State University (BOSU) paid congratulatory visits to two esteemed individuals who played crucial roles in the university's management team during their tenure.

The visits were made to Engr. Muhammad Habib, who is now serving as Honourable Commissioner at the Ministry of Environment, and Professor Fanna Abdurrahman, who has been appointed as the acting Vice-Chancellor of Al-Ansar University, Maiduguri.
