The Bayero University, Kano (BUK) wishes to notify all current 100 and 200 level undergraduate students, admitted in the 2024/2025 academic session, to participate in a mandatory Documentation Exercise.

The Bayero University, Kano (BUK) wishes to notify all current 100 and 200 level undergraduate students, admitted in the 2024/2025 academic session, to participate in a mandatory Documentation Exercise.

The exercise is scheduled to hold from Monday, 19th January to Friday, 30th January, 2026 at the Directorate of Examinations, Admissions and Records, New Campus, BUK.

Students are required to come with both original documents and photocopies of the following:

  1. JAMB Admission Letter
  2. BUK Admission Letter
  3. JAMB Acknowledgement Slip (Direct Entry candidates)
  4. BUK Direct Entry Screening Acknowledgement Slip (Direct Entry candidates)
  5. JAMB Result Slip (UTME candidates)
  6. A-Level Statement of Result (Direct Entry candidates only)
  7. Printed O’Level Result(s) with Result Checker Card attached (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NBAIS, etc.)
  8. Primary School Leaving Certificate/Testimonial (Optional)
  9. Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
  10. Completed Undertaking Form
  11. Evidence of Payment of Acceptance Fees
  12. Certificate of Medical Fitness
  13. Two recent passport photographs

Note: Attendance is compulsory for all students at these levels. Failure to participate may affect your registration and academic standing.
