BUK-SUG Addresses NELFUND Application Issues, Assures Prompt Resolution

The Students' Union Government of Bayero University, Kano (SUG-BUK) has issued a press release addressing concerns regarding the NELFUND application process.

The statement, signed by Abubakar Salisu Kazaure, Personal Assistant to the President, SUG-BUK, aims to provide guidance and support to affected applicants.

Applicants experiencing difficulties logging into their NELFUND portal accounts or encountering issues with NIN verification are urged to contact Ms. Fatima Hambali (Chocolate), Spokesperson to the President on External Affairs, via WhatsApp at +234 906 444 7675.

The statement assures applicants that the technical issues are being addressed, and the verification process is ongoing. Additionally, students who linked fintech bank accounts will be contacted to update their details to commercial banks, as required by the Central Bank of Nigeria for loan disbursement.
