The Department of Computer Science/Cyber Security emerged victorious in the tournament, claiming the championship title with an impressive total of 66 points. The Deputy Vice Chancellor, Academic, Prof Sunday Adewale, accompanied by Prof Nosa Owens-Ibie, praised the students and winners for their remarkable performance, highlighting their dedication and talent.
Football, being the world's most popular sport, drew significant attention and enthusiasm from participants and spectators alike, illuminating the university campus with excitement. In addition to football, other sporting events such as basketball, track and field, volleyball, and table tennis showcased the diverse athletic prowess of the students.
