CGC Nigeria Limited Launches 2026 Engineering Graduate Trainee Program to Nurture Future Professionals

CGC Nigeria Limited (China Geo-engineering Corporation) has officially announced the opening of its 2026 Engineering Graduate Trainee Program, inviting applications from driven young engineering graduates across the country. The initiative is a strategic effort to identify and develop high-potential talent to bolster the company’s future workforce while supporting national infrastructure growth. 

The one-year intensive program provides participants with structured, hands-on training under specialized units. Upon successful completion, trainees are eligible for assignment to new professional positions within the organization, offering a clear pathway for career advancement. 

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree (B.Eng, B.Sc, or equivalent) in one of the following fields: 

Civil, Structural, or Road and Bridge Engineering

Water Resources or Environmental Engineering

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Geology or Survey & Mapping Engineering

To be considered for the 2026 cohort, candidates must meet the following requirements: 

Age: Must be 30 years or younger.

Service: Must have completed the NYSC program (discharge or exemption certificate required).

Aptitude: A strong academic background with a demonstrated interest in the construction industry and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
