CUSTECH Management Visits Kogi State Security Trust Fund Chairman

The management staff of Confluence University of Science and Technology, Osara (CUSTECH), led by Vice Chancellor Engr. Professor Abdulrahman Asipita, visited Hon. Abdulraheem Ohiare Ozovehe, the Executive Chairman of the Kogi State Security Trust Fund (KSSTF) today.

During the visit, Professor Asipita extended congratulations to Hon. Ohiare on his recent appointment and expressed gratitude to Kogi State Governor, His Excellency Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, for his decisive role in securing the release of CUSTECH students who were previously kidnapped.

Professor Asipita praised Governor Ododo’s swift and effective intervention, which ensured the students' safe return. He also advocated for enhanced collaboration between CUSTECH and KSSTF to strengthen security measures and prevent similar incidents in the future.

In his response, Hon. Ohiare Ozovehe acknowledged the commendation of Governor Ododo’s efforts and reaffirmed the KSSTF’s commitment to partnering with CUSTECH. He highlighted the importance of joint efforts in ensuring a secure academic environment.
